After testing the device widely ourselves and having used and tested many of its direct competitors, we believe that we can provide an authoritative and honest review that will stand there. Anyway, continue reading and find out exactly what we think of the imposing GN30H.

Without a doubt, the number of functional ports that can be found on the GN30H is the biggest Pro at this USB C-Hub. The fact that you can connect simultaneously to the Internet via Ethernet, to HD devices such as the TV via HDMI, and the extra USB ports and SD card slots, makes this one of the best hubs on the market right now. All this can be done as your MacBook is charging as well, giving you an extra benefit to the use of QACQOC.

In addition, with each port providing a stable connection and high speed transfer rate, you have a C-Hub that not only provides functionality, but also high performance as well. Also, with the QACQOC being very easy to install and use, very small and compact, and light in hand, makes it an excellent companion to take with you during your travels. Just for things at the top, the GN30H can be purchased in the same color as your MacBook and comes with a 1 year warranty in case you have problems.

All in all, there are tons of pros for this device with those above just being the most impressive of many others.

Against:

There have been complaints of previous models in which the USB hub can get a bit on the hot side while running. However, the producers themselves have talked about this and have put aside security concerns in this regard. They admitted that the device can get quite hot, but claimed that rather than isolating the device and then trapping the heat inside, they let the heat radiate outward. They claim that this will prevent overheating and ensure that the device has a long life. While making it clear the device is perfectly safe, QacQoc have made changes in subsequent models (including this) to greatly improve their thermal irradiation system. They did also offer a full refund to customers who were concerned about the heat of the device while running.

Aside from this slight concern, there are no note cons with this USB C hub that we found with our test or through reading reviews of others who bought and used the QacQoc. With a 1 year warranty in both cases, you are more than covered if any problems do not come.

Conclusion:

The MacBook is known to have very few ports, something that most consider to be a defect in product design. However, it was actually designed to focus mainly on providing wireless technologies such as WiFi and Bluetooth. Despite this, many of you simply want to have the ability to connect devices through other methods. If you want to connect via USB, SD card slot or HDMI and Ethernet, the GN30H allows you to do it effortlessly. There are a number of similar hubs on the market, but no one offers the amount of doors that the GN30H does or the amount of features and benefits. Specifically, any USB-C hub that is located other than the QacQoc is unlikely to offer Ethernet and HDMI connectivity. Combine all these features with a good build quality and a 1 year warranty and you have an excellent product.

All in all, if you are looking for a good quality USB-C HUB for your MacBook that provides all the features you need, the QacQoc GN30H in our opinion, is up there with the best on the market right now.
